N443MC, Serial Number 31-8252061, was originally delivered new in May of 1982. The current owner is the tenth owner/operator and has owned the aircraft since March of 1990. This ADS-B compliant Navajo has been professionally managed and maintained by the current owner and for the last 20 years it has been stored in a hangar when it isn’t operating. The aircraft clearly has a strong pedigree.
The airframe has a total time of 7,903.6 hours. Both engines have 1,186.0 hours since overhaul. The propellers have 657.8 hours since overhaul. The recommended calendar overhaul was due in November of 2019.
This aircraft has been impeccably maintained by the current owner who has owned and operated it for more than 20 years. The current owner never used it for charter work.
There appear to have been three (3) damage events. One in May of 1987 which appears to be major, one in January of 1993 which appears to be minor in nature and one in October of 1997 which also appears to be minor in nature.
With the exception of the propellers, the aircraft has always been maintained under a manufacturer’s recommended maintenance program pursuant to Federal Aviation Regulation 91.409 (f)(3). The paint and interior are considered to be in relatively good condition for their age with some nominal wear and tear
