Great Buy! 1981 Piper Navajo (Panther Conversion), Hangered, all A.D.'s up to date. Installed Factory Remans 2 years ago, currently about 400 hrs before TBO (TIO540J2B's). Props were done same time.
All seats re-conditioned and re-covered last year with Cream color leather, Pilot and Co-Pilot are sheeps skin. New carpet and a leather runner to protect the carpeting. Also, we completed the tail spar Mods!
(that A.D. cost over $15000). New Bendix/King HSI, flap solenoids, boots, Pneumatic pumps, Tires, fuel gauges and sensors. Cleveland Heavy Duty brakes, bar w/ice bucket, interior 8/10, exterior 8/10, recovered top of flight panel. Avionics: Garmin Stack (530W, 430W, ADSB In and out), TCAD, XM weather plus Sperry 3 color radar, Nose wheel tow pin installed. A great work-horse plane. Annual due 06/21.
