Other comments:
11/2018 after the unfortunate accident at a Florida flight school and prior to the issuance of an AD, both wings were removed, inspected and replaced with all new hardware. Since then the AD had been issued and this airplane did not require any additional inspections based on time. The removal and inspection of the wings added a definite comfort level.
2016 Nose wheel collapse. Nose gear and gear doors and all repairs made in accordance with the regs. Engine was torn down for inspection. Prop hub replaced and prop overhauled.
Airplane hangared.
Meticulously maintained. Solid airplane, flies great!
Complete logs.
