-New Propeller in 2002 with Propeller Logbook from 2016 to Present Day. No propeller anomalies. I owned this aircraft in 2015 and at the time it had full propeller logs, which is why I can say there were no propeller issues dating back to 2002. The new propeller was a result of the owner in 2002 switching to a "cruise" pitch propeller.

Meticulously maintained "cream-puff" 1969 Cherokee 140B with throttle quadrant, autopilot, engine monitor, and many other upgrades. No expenses have been spared on maintaining this aircraft. This Cherokee cruises at 115 KTAS at 8.0 GPH and has a useful load of ~858 lbs. It'll be featured in the 2023 Piper Owners Calendar. My current life situation has recently changed and unfortunately this airplane no longer meets my mission profile and as such has prompted me listing it for sale. Based at KDUH Toledo Suburban Airport in Ottawa Lake, MI.

-Rated 9/10. Excellent paint with just minor chips here and there on leading edges that I have touched up with matching paint. Minor surface paint cracking on the front cowl from engine heat
