OCCURRENCE DISCLOSURE:
Transparent History. Documented Maintenance. Professional Rectification.
The Aircraft has no known accident history.
In October 2016, while on the ground, t he Aircraft was involved in a documented ground
handling occurrence in which a catering truck contacted the left-hand wing area. The
occurrence was fully rectified through the replacement of the affected components with
new manufacturer-original parts.
No primary structural parts were affected. All affected components requiring replacement
were replaced with new OEM parts in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
No structural repairs, patches, deviations or unapproved repairs were performed as a result of
this occurrence.
Furthermore, no FAA Form 337, or equivalent major repair or alteration record, was
required or issued in connection with this occurrence.
The affected LH winglet assembly and LH Leading Edge III were replaced. Minor lower-wing
skin scratches and paint cracking were assessed and found acceptable as-is within applicable
limits. Comprehensive operational and aircraft alignment checks were subsequently
completed with satisfactory results, with no further damage identified. The Aircraft was
thereafter released to service by ABS Jets in accordance with applicable
approved Maintenance data & instructions. Supporting maintenance records are available for
