Engine Serial #L-2187-76 was replaced with engine serial #L-3355-76 in Dec 2007. The prop has been overhauled a few times in its life.
Avionics all work satisfactorily; they have been routinely checked and fixed when appropriate. No upgrades/mods have been made.
The interior is clean and original, with all the bells and whistles a 1977 Cessna comes with. Its been well maintained and handled with care. The exterior still looks fresh despite the last paint job being from the early 90s, the plane has a flashy clean paintjob with no aesthetic blemishes.
This plane has been reliable and useful to no end. Finding a good owner who will enjoy the plane is of the utmost importance. Whether it's a joy flight or a business flight, this plane makes the task so much faster and enjoyable.
Selling a well maintained, beautiful Cessna 172N. It was appraised for $90,000. It has always been a fun, great plane to fly, however, due to the owner's poor health it hasn't flown in recent years. Currently it is sitting in a hangar in Willits, California. The plane has been a dependable workhorse, and an enjoyable aircraft for personal use.
