The aircraft has been with the same owner since 2002 - originally in his company since 22/March/2002 and later in his private ownership since 08/March/2011.
The owner flys approximately one hour each week.
NOTE ABOUT WHY THE ENGINE WAS CHANGED:
The owner says:-
"After COVID, with almost a year without activity, traces of iron appeared - and remain - in the oil analysis. The engine runs perfectly, without oil consumption and with full compression.
With the anticipation of having to make a change, order a new engine, thinking of changing it if one day the iron levels are worrying. The surprise is that if we do not deliver the used engine within one month from the day the new engine was received, the return value of the used engine is lost. This has motivated the change."
