Two retired Airline Pilots started this RV8 kit 7 years ago. Myself, a retired AC 777 Skip and Jim, a retired Singapore 777 Skip. Due to other commitments it has sat in the hangar for the last few years and is now for sale. My partner Jim has built an RV7 before this so the build quality is quite high. The tail kit is 90% done, just some access to allow for inspection. The wing kit is about 80% done, bottom skins to go. The fuel tanks are pressure tested and passed beautifully. The fuselage is about 40% done, and is at the stage of doing the longerons. Rivet work is very good. The kit has electric elevator trim, manual aileron trim, ground adjustable rudder pedals. There are 3 sub kits here for sale, empennage, wings and fuselage. All interior areas Have 2 part epoxy primer.
