Sting S4 Design Features/Safety: The Sting S4 is an all-composite technology lending to a strong and light airframe that exceeds structural standards. The use of modern CAD/CAM technology is used throughout for an airframe that contains 85% carbon for maximum strength and weight savings. The wing skin and fuselage is a sandwich of carbon and foam core, glued together with epoxy glue. The coating is then evacuated and cured in an oven. Highly stressed parts are made in an autoclave high safety carbon frame with ROPS ensure crew safety, even in the case of the aircraft being overturned.
