Blackhawk Conversion: This significant upgrade includes new 620 HP Pratt & Whitney PT6A-135A engines. It provides a 57% increase in available horsepower, a 40% increased climb rate, and a maximum cruise speed of 281 KTAS. It also offers approximately 10% savings on operating costs and full torque to altitude at FL230. The conversion comes with a P&WC Enhanced New-Engine Warranty for 2,500 hours/5 years (with prorated coverage to 3,600 hour TBO). The current cost for the conversion kit is approximately USD 1,015,000, plus shipping and installation.
MT 5 Blades Propellers: These new composite propellers (Model MTV-27-1-E-C-F-R(P)) offer excellent vibration damping, superior erosion protection, general performance improvement (5% better take-off & climb, 3 knots faster cruise at 1900 rpm), no propeller speed restrictions on the ground, unlimited blade life, and significant cabin noise and vibration reduction. They also comply with strict German noise regulations.
